SELFCOAT SEALER is the perfect answer to sealing joints and cracks in concrete as well as metal surfaces as it is a water bond, electrometric waterproof sealing product. You can readily apply it without mixing it with anything. It is extremely durable and provides excellent protection since it is tough and can withstand shrinkage. It is also tolerant to thermal changes.
It has adhere and sealing features and can be applied on metal, wood, concrete among many other materials. It is best for use in case of dams, gutters, parapets, downpipes, metal roofs, glazing, pre cast panel walls etc.

All joints, cracks and surfaces must be sound, clean and dry. Grease, oil, laitance, previous waterproofing or damp proofing materials and other contamination must be thoroughly removed. Cleaning may be done by wire brush or sandblasting. SELFCOAT SEALER can be applied by brush, conventional caulking equipment. Ensure that the sealant is firmly filled into the joints or cracks to give the full strength. For shrinkage cracks or cracks that occur more than 2mm wide SEALER mixed with washed sand is recommended. SELFCOAT BIND MUST BE APPLIED BEFORE APPLICATION.
